Premium Pro Contractors was founded by Claudiney Fernandes, a contractor with hands-on experience across every trade you need to remodel a home — framing, drywall, plumbing coordination, electrical coordination, tile, paint, finish carpentry.
After years of working under other companies and seeing how often they cut corners, undercharged to win the bid, and disappeared the day after final payment, he started his own company with one rule: do the job the way you'd do it for your own house.
That rule still drives every project. We don't take on more work than we can do well. We don't subcontract jobs to people we don't know. And we don't disappear when the job is done — Claudiney still answers the phone for clients we worked with three years ago.
We grew the way most great trades businesses grow — one referral at a time. Today we operate out of a real office at 9 Centennial Drive in Peabody, MA, and we serve homeowners across the North Shore.

Within 3 business days, you get a detailed written estimate. Every line is broken out — labor, materials, permits — so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Build It Right
We pull the permits, schedule the licensed subs we trust, and run the project from start to finish. You always know who's on your job and what's happening that day.
Final Walk-Through + 1-Year Follow-Up
When we're done, we walk through every room with you. And we check in a year later — because if something needs attention, we want to be the ones who fix it.
